Standard Support PackageThe Standard Support Package is included with all of our courses. This Package includes complimentary access to the Lumenbrite Forum to post questions based on material covered in class.

 

Premium Support Package

Our team of Adobe Certified Instructors is available to provide additional support to you after your class when technical issues arise.

The Premium Support Package Includes


  • Complimentary Access to the Lumenbrite Forum
  • Up to one hour Technical Support session for six (6) incidents with an Adobe Certified Instructor/solutions expert to be used during 1 year.

Terms and Conditions


  • Sessions will be scheduled by appointment, and will be held at one of our centers, or Online Live via Adobe Connect.
  • Each session will be up to one (1) hour. Any left over time in a session cannot be rolled over to another session.
  • Each Premium Support Package is exclusively for the use of the individual for whom it is purchased.
  • Package is not refundable or exchangeable.
  • Full payment is due prior to first scheduled technical support session.
  • All sessions must be used within 1 year of the purchase date of the Premium Support Package. Any left over sessions will not be eligible to be carried over to the next year.
  • Package must be purchased along with a course, or for an individual who has already attended/is already registered for a course.
  • Applies to new support sessions only. Previous purchases cannot be applied to the Premium Support Package.
